Always be on the lookout for how you can offer them something extra. Think about whether you can create a special bonus for them or offer extra value that only they will receive.
When you do offer something extra for your members tell everyone about it, not just your members. That can be a great way to entice someone who was considering joining your membership program to take action, just so they also get your special bonus.
