Here is your tip for August
Different people prefer to receive your information in different ways. Where many are happy reading - they will download and print out an article or ebook so they can read it at their convenience - others prefer to watch a video or listen to an audio mp3 file.
Unless you know that your members only want information in one form, it can be a great idea to offer your information in a range of different ways inside your membership site. If you record an audio file or teleseminar for your members, have it transcribed and provide that as a bonus.
Retaining your members is easier when you develop a personal acquaintance with them. Add your personality by interacting with the members through your membership site as much as possible. Don't make your site too dry or proper. Show your personality and have some fun.
